Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with complimentary bottled water and a decent breakfast buffet. the hotel also provides easy access to shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Limited English spoken by staff, which can make communication difficult for non-Chinese speakers. the Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, not in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for business travelers who need to work in their rooms.

This hotel provided an indulgent experience with its luxurious sauna and health club. the steam bath was particularly invigorating and the exclusive room amenities made for a memorable stay. the location was also a plus, with the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping outlets.

The only minor issue we encountered was a delay in room allocation, but the helpful staff quickly addressed it. this hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and private facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with no signs of dirt or strange smells in the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the convenient parking options available. The location was perfect, right across the street from a bustling mall, and transportation was a breeze with the nearby highway bus station. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Didn't dislike anything about the property

The rooms at this hotel were beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, giving us two of the best nights of sleep during our trip. the location of the hotel was excellent, right in the middle of the shopping mall district with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also convenient to have a supermarket located in the plaza complex for quick snacks and necessities.

The language barrier. It took us a while to check in and check out due to difficulties with the credit card and room deposit.
